Mark your calendars for an unforgettable evening celebrating the start of the 2026 baseball season! We’re thrilled to announce the First Pitch Dinner, hosted by the Blue Devil Athletic Boosters, in support of DSHS Baseball. Join us on January 30, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Veterans Memorial Center in Davis for a night filled with delicious food, inspiring stories, and the chance to connect with fellow baseball families. 

We’re especially excited to welcome our keynote speaker, Ryan Kreidler—a DSHS alum who starred in baseball and basketball for the Blue Devils. On the Diamond, Kreidler led the DSHS baseball team to a Boras Classic Championship, a top national ranking, and a Sac-Joaquin Section title. He was drafted by the Cubs out of high school. Electing the college route, Kreidler went on to star at third base and shortstop for UCLA. He was drafted 112th overall by the Detroit Tigers in 2019 and made his Major League debut in 2022. Ryan currently plays in the Minnesota Twins organization, and his journey from DSHS to the Big Leagues is a true Blue Devil success story. He’ll be sharing insights and encouragement with our players and families.

Ethan Guevin, manager of Davis Senior High School Baseball, will also address those in attendance, sharing updates on the program, this year’s team, and the exciting season ahead.
 
Tickets are $100 per person, and all proceeds will go toward vital equipment, uniforms, and travel expenses for a successful season. Your generous support will make a big difference in helping our teams thrive!
